Beth has been a client for a year now and she’s gained back control of her health and life! She’s a single mother, with 2 jobs, and prioritizes herself!
We sat down December last year; one question I asked was, “Why do you really want to make this change?” With tears in her eyes she said, “I want to be a better example for my kids, especially my daughter!”
Before she started with us she struggled with motivation, trying to find time, and in her words “just lazy”. She would attempt to go to the gym on her own and would just end up stop going. She lack consistency and discipline. She was frustrated with herself and knew she needed help.
What was different about her journey this time is she stopped making excuses. She became an early morning person by training at 6am in small group personal training. Training at 6am helps keep her stress low.
Her confidence is higher than it has been in years. She’s the strongest she’s ever been. She said it is fun to shop now and she’s not embarrassed to wear a swim suit.
She said she is proud of herself and she “Don’t feel like the fat girl.” She happier, goes out with more confidence, and most of all her kids are proud of her!
