This week’s Client Spotlight Saturday is Elizabeth Essenburg!
‘I came to H3 because I was looking for a structured class to get fit. I needed to add strength and cardio training. Just taking walks with friends was not enough. I want to age gracefully and continue doing all the fun things life has to offer (like keeping up with grandkids, sledding, camping, skiing, horseback riding etc..).
Daily tasks such as carrying bags of softener salt to the basement have become so much easier. Starting my day with H3 gives me a physical energy boost as well as a positive mental attitude that carries thru the day. Some of those words/mantra’s of the week really replay through my mind and kinder better choices are made because of it.
I have lost those few pounds that make your jeans fit and feel better and I definitely have more energy and stamina. Body fat % down, muscle mass up! These percentages are not huge in my case, but they are significant to me. I am proud of being consistent and able to maintain these goals. It’s the whole package that keeps me coming back. The routines are fresh and new every day. The music is great. The timing fits to be able to get it in and get it done. It’s fun and it’s good for your mind, body, and soul.
What I am working on now is improving my nutrition with cleaner balanced meals and cutting down the sugar. There’s always something to learn and better habits to set.
A year ago I was taking much of life for granted. Tell yourself your why and don’t lose it. I heard recently that if we lose our “why” we lose our “way”.
